Sheds are built as portable storage solutions and are not intended as living spaces. Many customers do convert them, but extra attention would need to be paid by a licensed contractor to modify the building in order to satisfy residential building codes. That said, the basic buildings we provide are a good starting point and offer a cost advantage compared to building a residential living space from scratch.

Coverage extends to the core components of the constructions, including metal elements, roofing shingles, pressure-treated lumber, and siding, aligning with the manufacturer’s warranties.
